Sir Thor Finishes the School Year

Did you visit the Pond's Puppy Ball? If yes, you noticed that Thor is a properly educated English Mastiff, with plenty of intellectual things to discuss with other attendants.

And last week, he and his boys studied avidly for their last test.

And worked very hard to finish them.

OK, so Thor held down the floor while the boys worked. Was that really a problem?

Happy Thorsday, everyone!

Hiya Marjie - Happy DOT! Congrats to Thor on becoming properly educated - that is more than I can say for some people I know! I don't know if you read the Pioneer Woman blog but she had a visitor that made homemade pasta that was super easy and I made it myself and found it was super delicious as well. I thought it would be something right up your alley since you are a cooking guru. Here is the link:

If you don't already make your pasta fresh you might now and I bet your daughters would like to do this too.

Hey, that's a lot of floor to hold down. And I'm sure Thor was churning over some deep subject while he watched and waiting on his boys to finish...

That dog looks incapable of being mean or nasty! Big dogs are usually secure.. that's what I like about them..

So, is Thor really an English Professor? :-) I bet he and the boys are glad to be done for the year! So, you now have a 5th and 8th grader in the house! Congrats to the boys (and teacher mom!). Plus, if I may say so, your 8th grader certainly is looking handsome with his new hair cut. Perhaps now I'll be able to persuade my 8th grader to get his locks trimmed! Happy Thorsday!

You know somebody has to hold down the floor and it's not as easy as it sounds. I did visit the puppy ball and Thor was very educated and I even say Larry got to attend. g

Thor is such a cutie! I finally realize why you changed these posts to "Thorsday" a few months back. We all thought of him (your Thor) when we read that chapter in A Child's History of the World this week.

He's a good calming influence as he supports his friends.

My group is anything but calming.

Congrats to the boys! We just finished up too...sadly, our last with Calvert.
Have a wonderful summer & I'm sure Thor will help to keep any bunnies or other creatures away from your garden!

Thor didn't just hold down the floor! He was discussing Descarte's Infinity with the dust bunnies!
