16 people will be here. Another probable. 2 more maybes. Good thing I make sure there's plenty of food on the Thanksgiving table!

(I call this "Chernobyl Turkey": each has 4 legs)

Mashed potatoes
Mashed sweet potatoes
Creamed spinach
Green Beans Almondine
Pizza Tomatoes (maybe)
Whole cranberry sauce
Jellied cranberry sauce (canned, of course)

Family Pleaser Light Bread
Dessert:
2 pumpkin pies
Lemon Meringue pie
Chocolate Buttermilk cake
Carrot Cake
Snacks before dinner:
Deviled eggs
shrimp cocktail tray
Basil-parmesan crackers
Cranberry Bread
And, now, I must cook. No one is here to help at this time, but two more sons are somewhere near Chan's neck of the woods, barrelling up I-81 toward home, and they will be certain that their sisters are in the kitchen tomorrow.
And, this is my Thanksgiving dress. You're seeing correctly. I never even got it cut out. Well, there's always next year.

Awww! I'm sorry you didn't get to make your dress.
Oh my God, that's a lot of cooking. Ben and I will be over shortly to help eat--I mean, fix it.
Lots of guests, lots of cooking! Good luck! Your menu looks wonderful and I'm sure you can handle anything!
(oops on the dress!)
Menu looks great! Just tell everybody it's going to be a Toga party Thanksgiving!
Menu looks great and the dress can be made for next year :)
nice fabric! well our little table for six is pale in comparison - HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Such pretty fabric, and just your colours too - making it will be a something to look forward to.
Get those sons cooking. I'm sure they can at least drive a potato peeler. My Mum and Dad's sister in law are very glad that their late Mother-in-Law taught all her sons how to cook. Your lads' future beloveds will adore you for it!
A wonderful looking menu, hope there are so leftovers for darling Thor

ps: what an amazing dining room! It must be wonderful to eat in there.
Beautiful fabric! I'm sure it will be a lovely dress... one of these days.
I will miss stuffing and my cranberry sauce. I wonder how they'd go with pot roast?
Maybe it could be a Christmas dress!
