Garden Tuesday: Signs of Spring
What tells you it's spring? Forsythia? The Great Northern Magnolia? The first cherry tree to bloom in your yard? Or a Spring Dog, basking in sunshine?
When I lived in Michigan, forsythia was definitely a sign of spring! I always brought it into the house and forced it to bloom. I just love spring flowers!
What color and beauty is your yard in spring. We don't have forsythia here at all, but I remember it fondly as a first bloomer when I lived up north. Glad Thor-baby is enjoying it in his own special way.

Beautiful photos. Love the new header, but of course, Thor is my favorite...
It's truly the big, lazy lump of a dog lounging in the sun here... lol :)

Nature puts on a pretty amazing color display in spring.

Thunderstorms that cause my coward Airedale to stay up all night, driving me bugshit!
Your cherry blossoms and magnolia trees are in bloom too - I just wish it would stop raining. Thor looks too cute.
Marjie - I think you mentioned once before about living in Maryville. Would you care to send me an email with your Maryville story.
Man, can you believe you were up to your knees in snow just a couple of weeks ago! Come on summer!

I know this may sound odd, but Dandelions remind me of Spring. "Purty" photos Marjie:)
Thor basking in the sun is a site I wish to see "up front and personal."
