So, we went to see Nora in the NICU again Saturday, and this time her granddaddy held her (despite his protests that he's too big and clumsy to hold a 4-1/2 pound infant). And guess what? She was medically cleared to go home today!
She had to have a special car seat, of course, rated for infants down to 4 pounds. It was still too big for her. But she'll get there.
All is well; all of our family is home, and life is as it should be.
Happy Wednesday, everyone!

ADORABLE! I am so glad to hear she is home now. Yay Nora!
Well, my goodness! What a delightful surprise to log in and see this adorable little bundle that has joined your clan! So glad that your daughter and her daughter received great care and are doing well. And, goodness, what an absolute, spectacular doll baby Nora is! I suspect she's going to be a lot like her grandma ... tiny but fierce!!! Congratulations, Marjie, it is a joy to see the next generation of your family!
Wow great news, bet you are all glad she is now at home. Hope all goes well. Have a good weekend Diane
