How does a giant dog stay cool on a hot summer day?
With low calorie frozen treats, of course. The uninitiated call them "ice cubes".
After chomping, you have to chase all the little ice chips around the floor.
Just be thankful you don't have to see the slime all over the place.
Happy Thorsday, everyone!

well, Thor and Thorsday ruined me. I transcribed that today was Thorsday. I caught it, but since it was the end of my shift, I'm not sure if I missed any. :-)
We get ice cubes too aren't they cool!

Oh, I met a gorgeous and huge mastiff yesterday and thought of Thor.
(He could stay cool out here. It's 70 degrees.)
Hi Thor, my mummy remembers drool well. I don't drool, but I will try if it makes her happy hehehe. No worries, and love, Stella.
Mine chase low-calorie frozen treats all over the kitchen. No drool though ... thankfully! But with a friend as gentle as Thor, one can put up with some drool now and then, right?
Word verification - "dayfood" hahaha
I love ice cubes too! They are great for cool down and so crunchy.
Slobbers,

Our dogs like ice cbes as well. The drying onions are the ones the granddaughter harvested.
The kitties and I only venture out in the cool of the morning or the evening.
Ice is very popular around here even in winter. They chomp it and chase it around and it keeps them entertained for long periods.
I love chomping on ice cubes too Thor.
My dogs in S.Africa used to love ice cubes as well. I can just imagine the slober.... Diane
Boy-dogs LOVED ice. Sissy will eat the flat ice-maker ice (from the shop) but Gg finds it ... unacceptable in any form.
Lapdogs love those cheap treats too...but we'll soon be reviewing a little twist on those, so stay tuned!
Ice cubes...What a great idea!
LOL. It is so funny how dogs are so impressed and amused with ice. It is cheep entertainment.
