Global Warming?

Dear Al Gore,

I want my global warming back. Seriously. The leaves haven't even all changed color, and this happens?
Sorry, but it's just wrong.

Sincerely,
Marjie

Yes we are having a bit of that global warming here too. For some reason it feels cold to me instead of hot. Could they be wrong?

You got SNOW?!!!! Well that will put a change on Halloween attire!! Actually, regarding the global warming, he'd probably respond that the because the temps of the Great Lakes and Atlantic Ocean have increased, it causes more evaporation and then precipitation in the form of rain and snow in that entire region's air current pattern. That pesky water cycle again. Gee, I sound like a PBS show. Sorry, remember my daughter is the environmentalist extraodinaire!!! Global warming is a regular discussion around here. :-) I don't know how much we are helping global warming, but we certainly promote the T shirt industry with her "save the earth" t shirts! Come to think of it, what direction does most of your weather system come from? East or west? Out here, most of our patterns come in from the West off the ocean. Every now and then, like this weekend, it comes in out of the East ... that's what happened this weekend with dry, warm, WINDY, air instead of our wet stuff off the coast. Hope the boys have fun throwing some snowballs around. What does Thor think about the white stuff?

I'd love to have a dusting of the white stuff - I'm very jealous! The big dogs love it - they put their heads down and plow around like snow plows - it's pretty funny. g

I wish you a Merry Christmas!! When given the "gift" of snow, make a snowman.

My favorite part of fall is the changing colors of the leaves. I am so sorry you missed out on that this year. The snow does look really pretty though.

We get two days of snow a year in our town, approximately so this would be cause of great rejoicing. But it is too early. Go away snow!

We got icy flurries. That silliness went away though, and now we're back to our regularly scheduled October.
