Garden Tuesday: Not

No, there is no garden here. It's the driveway, next to where my garden should be.
And in the driveway, 3 guys clearing the driveway, to get their cars out of the way so I could get out for an appointment. They were less than amused, at 15 degrees.

Morning Marjie. This weather sure is beating us all up. Imagine my surprise when I finally got to PA after a delayed treacherous drive, New Year's Eve alone in a hotel and finally unloading trucks and cars. In my mailbox was my 2010 Nichols Garden Nursery Book!! It Could Not have come at a better time!!!

The new photo on your header is beautiful Marjie! The snow may be a pain but it sure is lovely to look at.

Hey, you do the cooking, not the digging, right? Your header photo is so lovely to look at. It is cold here in Florida, too. Going down to the mid-twenties tonight. With the expensive and inefficient heat we have here, I have had enough! We are supposed to go camping next week and I hope it warms up by then (or else they will be going without me!) Happy New Year!!

I'm thinking we could all use a little jimmy buffet music and a drink with an umbrella in it right about now!

Happy New Year!

Love your blog title!
Well, I may live in Florida but it is freezing here too. Literally.

We've dodged a snow shower or two, but I think we're getting more in a couple of days. The cold snap is another story. No end in sight.

Poor Thor.

I expected snow and cold whne I lived in NY and PA, but in Missouri it was -13 this morning when I let the dogs out. Needless to say, they didn't stay out long.

Enough winter, I'm ready for spring.

This Northern Hemisphere winter is mighty cold. When we checked with Liz over in London recently she and Pete had gone to bed to watch a TV film and were keeping warm by having 3 of Mum's quilts on top of their usual bedding (yes, their home does have heating).

At least the 3 sons got the bonus of having their own assortment of vehicles all dug out!

Keep warm, sending cosy huggles and much Zebbycat style snuggling up and delivering heat,

Michelle xxx
