Wordless Wednesday: When Men Cook
Dan wanted cranberry bread, so he went to the store to buy some mixes.
Love. And yes, inquiring minds want to know how the bread turned out. (I'm assuming the drill-spoon didn't make a huge mess because drills are even more responsive than my favorite stand mixer.)

A drill? That boy looks like he'd have muscle for an old fashioned spoon ;)
My friend Alice was just talking today about how she used to mix her mashed potatoes by hand-- until they got a mixer!
Hope there's not a lot to clean up, BOL

Really? A wooden spoon in a drill? Crazy boy! Hope the bread was edible. g
Three baking pans full ready for the oven, and a 4th batch well underway - that makes one loaf per bloke for each of your resident menfolk?
I just hope your wooden spoon survived its high speed adventure!!!

A short, wide bowl and a wooden spoon in a drill - how long did it take to clean the kitchen ?! How'd the bread turn out ?
First, love his drill/mixer. Second, I love that HE is making the bread!

It took me awhile to realize how inventive this is.
LOL - I have a mixer for my drill but have only used it for tile mortar and grout - I could have saved mixer money had I been as sharp as Dan.
How much cranberry bread did he make? I see about three pans. He must have been really hungry.
Love this!!!
