Garden Tuesday: Rainy Rhododendron
A weekend of sunshine and warmer temperatures followed by a couple of days of drizzle have made the rhododendron right outside my kitchen window start to bloom:

We had so much rain last night it hailed!

Flowers are blooming everywhere right now. I love it!

Right now the thermometer says 21° (that's a good number up here in metric country LOL) and sunny, and it's supposed to be mid-20s and sunny through to next week ! The lawns are greening up, the bushes and trees are starting to bud, the magnolias are in flower, I saw daffodils and tulips yesterday. Summer is coming !!!!!!

Just down the road from our new village we have a road called Rhododendron Mile - I must take some photos of it this summer x
