Geology Dog
OK, so he wasn't really out there playing with rocks. But Ryan and Thor were learning about relative ages of rocks, using sections of sandwich to clarify the issue. (Calvert School has such great suggestions for fun in learning that even dogs want to join in!)

I get our cakes at Woof It Down... not sure what they use.. same stuff that's on the fancy doggy cookies though.

I agree! You should have taught geology to me too! Actually, it just goes to show that when a teacher can make something interesting, kids learn by accident and they don't forget what they've learned!
