Friday, it was sunny and 60. Saturday it snowed all day, but we only got about an inch. Sunday it was sunny and 40. It was sunny Monday morning. Ryan appeared at home 2 hours early Monday afternoon, announcing, "They didn't want to risk holding a sleepover for us runts!"
Then the snow started around 5.
My pictures are not blurry. I promise. Those are the snowflakes obscuring my yard. Click to biggify the pictures if you want a closer look.
Then came ice overnight. But I didn't take a picture of that.
And it's supposed to be sunny and 50 by Thursday. It's a good thing I have a widely varied wardrobe, because we seem to have a new season every day!
Happy Garden Tuesday, everyone!

bah, here too. 'They' say 20-30 cm before it's done. It was a nasty ride to work this morning, that's for sure - and overall, nowhere near as pretty as your pictures !
I am in the same snowglobe today... ugh!
Marion and I were just looking at pictures from this time last year and let me tell you Marjie, what a difference!!! I know it was abnormal but...whoever said I wanted normalcy:)
Just think, tomorrow is the first day of Spring!!!
P.S. For some reason I never quite considered Ryan a "runt."
Ain't March fun?
Thank you for commenting on Mr. Bettis ;)and yes no doubt he thought it quite funny while I cleaned up the mess. As a matter of fact I did notice his tail wagging.
Snowed here yesterday, almost 6 inches and it's all but gone today. They're calling for more by next Monday.
Winter can March right on outta here.
It's 90 degrees here. Ridiculous.
I dunno, feeling a little frost and snow envy, here.
Your winter does seem to be lingering way too long - we have a massive drought here so we'd happily take your wet stuff in whatever state it arrived!
Send care and huggles,
Michelle (with the now elderly Zebby Cat snoring in the background)
Spring has sprung and it's pouring rain and so windy today. The weather has been so odd this year!
Oh no!
We have that weather here year round it seems. There's no such thing as putting away your winter or summer clothes here in Colorado. You never know when you're going to need them!
I've been reading your blog for a little over a year.
I love it! Thanks for all of the recipes :).
Lalie
