Garden Tuesday: Sunrise

Shortly before 7AM yesterday, while preparing to depart for Philadelphia, I discovered that the sky was pink.
And my yard was very pink.

10 minutes later, all of the color was gone. But it was spectacular while it lasted.

Wow, that's pretty. Sometimes our whole sky and yard get a funny yellow color, then a big storm hits. We like your pink better.

How very cool! I think we miss an awful lot of pretty things because we are usually sound asleep! I love a good sunrise...

Oh Marjie, I love it when that pinkness settles over everything. You have such a lovely backdrop of trees in your yard, such a peaceful setting. Glad you captured the moment.

It's pretty amazing how the sun can completely change the color of things on the planet

Gorgeous. I love sunsets and sunrises but they vanish so quickly. Great shot. Diane
