Thorsday is a School Day!

School started yesterday. Of course Thor was there to supervise the unpacking of the box.
He wasn't quite sure why there was only one box, but Thor was pretty sure this was wrong. Time to go look for the other one. (For the record, Thor was not amused when one of his boys left in the morning for school, and didn't come back for 8 hours!)

Should Thor read The Phantom Tollbooth first? There's a dog on the cover.

No. Swiss Family Robinson is first. They have not one, but TWO Mastiffs. Those people know their dogs.
Happy Thorsday, everyone!

I'm amazed you have home schooled your children - what a committment.

Dear Thor, this is the first of some very special times where you will have Mark alone in your classroom. I know you will guide him wisely, and get many, many huggles from Mark through the day; huggles you don't have to share with anyone else, ever!

Ryan will come home every day from where ever that big yellow bus takes him too, I promise. You see, Ryan was getting too tall for that table in Momma's kitchen. His legs and knees were getting all cramped up, so now he is going to a special "kitchen" with heaps taller and wider tables and chairs.

Mickle and Zebbycat send special love, care and huggles to you all.

Hello Mark -I promise that I know when to use to, two and too - it is just that my fingers don't always obey the brain signals (they just tried to write that as "brian" signals).

I hope you have a happy time learning this school year, with the magnificent Thor there to offer support, care and huggles just for you.

Sending extra special care to you and Thor from Michelle and Zebbycat down in New Zealand

Let me read those when you're finished, ok Thor? The Phantom Tollbooth is a favorite of mine.

Love Thor and the books. So sorry one of his boys is disappearing for hours on end most days!

I bet he missed his boy! At least he had another one still at home. How did Ryan do with his first day of high school?

Oh - Marjie - Thor is getting so grey. Dear sweet old man! I love a dog with a grizzled muzzle, but it also tugs at my heart. :) Hugs to you and give that big lug a huge hug from me and a kiss on the nose (okay - just pretend, I'm sure it's out of your comfort zone!) g

I didn't know that was a dog book. I am going to have to check it out.

Hey! Tell your mom that we should have consulted her before our internets went away about that wallpaper removal. Oh well, too late now.

I thought I would have to hide the kitchen knives my momma was going so mental from it.

Slobbers,

Happy Thorsday, Thor! Time to hit the books. I'd go with the Robinson family first. There are so many animal adventures to keep you busy while school is in session:)

bet it's hard to try and explain all this schooling stuff to the pup!

Heck, I would have a hard time trying to understand it myself, if I were him!
