Afraid of Thunder

For the last 3 days, it's been raining like there's no tomorrow, and thundering a lot. This upsets my 4 footed child. Yesterday he decided he'd had enough of this frightening experience, and showed up at the school table for protection. Here I've almost gotten my foot out from under his giant head.

However, once I did get my foot free, he was scared, again, turning to his brother for comfort.

What a big baby!

What a cute baby! I love hearing about Thor. He's just too adorable. Hope the thunder stops so he won't be scared anymore.

I see he likes Yoplait! Mine do too, although they only get to lick the mostly empty container.

He sure is sweet. g

Poor little guy.I wonder if he hears different frequency sounds than we humans do. Back home in Indiana, the thunder would boom so loud it would make the china rattle around in the cabinets. You guys sure are getting more than your share of storms. We hardly ever get thunder out here; just mundane drizzle (which is happening as I type this). Hope the sun returns soon so Thor and the boys can romp around outside again.

I feel so sorry for these little guys during storms. Charli gets scared too. It's so hard for them. I hope the weather in your area improves soon

Thor, don't worry I'm afraid of lightening. So it is just fine to be a little scared of all that loud thunder.

Oh, such a big baby to be afraid of thunder? Funny how the big ones are always scared. I used to have a German Shepard named REX who was terrified of thunder. It always cracked me up.

that is so funny! my pups (a sheltie and an australian shepherd) are also terrified of storms, but they're a little less imposing than thor. he's adorable. :)

Poor baby, you can't help but feel sorry for him and want to protect him. No matter how big he is, he's your baby.

Poor little Thor. I think I'd be baking like mad in that kind of weather!

What a sweetie! My big old Tomcat, Mickey, would run behind the sofa everytime it thundered.
