Wordless Wednesday: Stove and Puppy

My stove was a salesman's sample.  It worked!  See?

And, of course, the obligatory Brutus shot:

Oh Goodness, I can't believe I thought it was a sewing machine. Seriously, what planet am I living on these days. And a saleman's sampler to boot. Doesn't that mean it's small? (oh my:)

Oh Gosh that shot...

It's fantastic! I thought it was a stove for children, but I figured it must have been a "well off" family who could give a child a working miniature stove like that! It must be very heavy isn't it?

Oh I love that stove. Do you know I have a 'collection' of stove shaped cookie jars? Yea, I do - 3 makes a collection, right?

I swear Brutus is getting larger by the day! I can see it in the photos. he's adorable. g

Howdy Marjie, sorry I'm late, but our condolences on the passing of your mum. We've been through the same hassles when my dad passed but thankfully Dad was organised in his own way. Love your little stove. Love your little Brutus even more. No worries, and love, Carol (and Stella and Rory)

The stove is wonderful, but Brutus is even better. ;)

No wonder you wanted it -- reminds me of The Borrowers.

It's great that you got the one thing you've always wanted and hopefully one of your kids will feel the same way.
