Thor
Last Friday afternoon and evening, we had massive thunderstorms here. Everyone around us lost power; fortunately, for whatever reason, the transformer serving the 7 houses on our block didn't go down. Thor was grateful.
We've been suffering thunderstorms every day since. This is how Thor gets through them.

Between the thunderstorms and the fireworks, my Airedale is driving us nuts! She barks and whines through all the noise-making, and it is usually our bedtime!

Maggie isn't crazy about the thunderstorms we've been having either, and I'm dreading the usual firecrackers around here on the July 4th. Maybe the ones who used to set them off moved? I am hoping it's so!

Bless his heart... Mugsy was terribly afraid of storms. My girls aren't, but Gretchen does stop what she's doing to listen to the thunder and such.
Aw! Sad eyes. Sadie and Nikita hate the thunder, too. Nikita will hide in the closet if I leave the door open.
Poor fella. Glad Darryl is able to comfort him. Hope clear skies return to his world soon!
heart breaking eyes - you just want to grab him, carry him and cuddle him on your lap...except it would have to be the other way around... :o) the same with my Bundy..

Ah poor Thor! I'd love to send him some nice weather but we are not getting any here either. Hope the weather gets nicer ...."soon" :)
