Spring....

....although I might just jinx it using the name of the season.

Thatcher and I found these flowers peeking through the leaves and debris in our yard.

Crocuses....

...and snowdrops.  I think.

Thatcher promptly took up rolling in the crocuses, and then tried eating the leaves.  Silly boy.

Maybe more flowers will peek out soon.  The trees are breaking bud, which means that the buds will soon be dropping all over the cars.  Ugh.

And, if you care, we're still on baby watch.  She's due May 1, but who knows what will happen.  I'm ready to roll whenever I get the call.

Happy Thursday, everyone!

They don't look like my snowdrops but...... Spring has arrived here but we look like we are due for a few more frosts yet! Hope the baby arrives safely. Take care Diane

Here in Louisville, Kentucky we get 80 degree days followed by 35 degree days. Its Crazy! But it's usually worked itself out by the first Saturday in May. Best wishes with Baby Watch!

It's been hot here, 84 yesterday but today the temperature has dropped 20 degrees since this morning and we're being warned about frost tonight.

A Mayday baby sounds sweet. That was my grandfather's birthday and he was the nicest man I've ever met.

Our spring flowers are all in full bloom and the cherry blossom trees too! It's such a beautiful time of year here in Oregon.

I bet you are so excited for the new baby to arrive soon!
