Thor's Waiting

It's been about a million years since Thor's college people left him, or at least 2-1/2 weeks. How does the poor guy ever pass the time?

Watching football with his smallest boy. Note that while he's lying down, Thor's eyes are open, watching whatever game was on.

Checking on Ryan after high school, and being overjoyed at his report card. Not to brag on my kid or anything, but his first quarter GPA was 96. So, he's debunked the myth that homeschooled kids are poorly socialized and can't thrive in a school setting. That doesn't make Thor any happier that both of his little boys aren't home all day, every day.

One of Thor's big brothers arrived home last night, and many more arrive over the weekend! He is ecstatic!

Happy Thorsday, everyone!

THOR! I know how much we pine away for our human brothers and sisters. I am so glad that your brothers will be home for the holidays. Lots of snuggling and good conversation. And congrats to your brother on his academic skills.

I swear Ryan looks three years older than he did when we met him a few weeks ago! Love that Thor is always on duty.

Congrats to you and Ryan on the high marks!

Love Thors head on his arm...so forlorn....Awesome about the 96 whooohoooo. I think they get more socialization being homeschooled! Much more activities than in school! Way to go!

Awww - look at Thor snuggle - that's s dog who could knock you down. I hope his family returns soon. g

ps - for the record, most of the home schooled children I have known have been much, much smarter, better socialized, and have amazing manners than most public school kids I know. Good job.

Yeah Thor,
Soon your whole family will be where you can keep your eyes on them. That's the best kind of holiday for you.

Does Thor actually watch TV? Our Beau doesn't appear to notice it, leading us to conclude that his brain can't process TV images (of course we have the old style tube -- that might have something to do with it).

Hi! I am so glad you like the scarf! Sue mentioned that you liked green and blue so I was hoping that it would work for you.

Have a wonderful holiday with your beautiful family!
