Garden Tuesday: Hydrangea
My two hydrangea have started to turn pink.
I don't know why, since we haven't fed any of the trees around them recently, but I'm a fan!
Hi Marjie!!! I so wanted to do Garden Tuesday today but I was outside all day doing clean-up. Those darn Morning Glories, I love them but boy oh boy cleaning them up is back breaking lol...
Your Hydrangea are looking more Springlike than Fall, lol...I think the color has something to do with the aluminum in the soil. Here's a <a href="http://www.hydrangeashydrangeas.com/colorchange.html”>link:) </a>
Sorry I am behind on comments. My computer died a month ago and it has taken a while to get another one minus a French key board which I did not want!! Finally back on line but having to learn a whole new system!
Our hydrangeas are also pinker this year, wonder what is in the air :-) I hope that all is well with you and the family Diane

Thanks so much for sharing, Marjie...
They look pretty.
That second shot is so pretty.
They look like they're blushing!

They look really pretty. Don't know what state live in, but it must be much warmer there. I'm curious, are your hydrangeas in full sun?
