Garden Tuesday: Dogwood

On my back terrace, a dogwood tree is merrily blooming.

Sorry I've been AWOL, but I'm spending lots of quality time with my dentist, Kevin.  Quality time for him, that is, because I'm helping him pay for his duck hunting trip to Louisiana in September.  As for me?  Well, let's just say it's the never-ending root canal saga, with complications galore.  At least Mark's done with school, and Ryan's taking finals this week.

Happy Tuesday, everyone!  Hope you all had a terrific Memorial Day weekend!

Ugh... that does not sound like much fun at all. Hope it's all done and better soon!

I am so sorry about your dentist woes. Really. I hate the dentist. About 10 years ago, I had a ton of stuff done...root canals, veneers, cavities, extractions...you name it, I had it done. I feel your pain.

Love your tree - sorry about the dental i$$ues$...not to mention the stress and pain. At least this view eases that stress thing.

I hope you had a good weekend! I hate dentists. I kicked one when I was 8.

"Well, let's just say it's the never-ending root canal saga" - what a terrible thing to have to write about - hope it gets better.

So sorry to hear you are dealing with root canal. I hope the complications haven't been too painful. I've been there, and it ain't fun. I hope your family takes care of you in your distress. :)

Hope you truly start feeling better very soon. You have had a crazy go of it with the dentist this month. Your tree is gorgeous, btw!

I wondered where you had gone to, but not for one minute did I think a dentist would be to blame. Hope everything sorts out soon with not too much pain. Keep well Diane

My teeth hurt for you. I hate mouth pain, and even a beautiful dogwood in bloom can't distract me.
