Snowy Thorsday

Thor's not really all that fond of the new snow in his yard. He had just gotten accustomed to his feet not getting cold when he went outside.
In all fairness, we got 9" of snow, but only about 4" appears to be in our yard, so there was plenty of melting during the 24 hours of snow.

So Thor's doing a lot of sleeping.

But Thor's no dummy; he always poses when he hears the camera.

We're so glad you're feeling better. Although it looks like spring outside with the trees flowering, it's cold and there's snow in the forecast.

I think Thor is wise, I feel a nap coming on.

What a spring! I'm glad Thor doesn't get TOO eager to be romping in that stuff.

I hope this is an indication that you are well again. I cannot believe you got all that snow on March 24th!

p.s. you need a trip south. Did you get my email?

Hehehe. Now Thor, admit it, you do a lot of sleeping even when there isn't snow.

We went from nearly 80 on Tuesday to potential frost tonight - actually closer to normal.

Gosh, we're sorry to read you are STILL under the weather! And such snowy weather to be under! But we're sure Thor is keeping you safe and, we hope, is making sure the family lightens up on the demands on you while you recuperate.

Our security word is 'canter,' so you canter ahead to good health!

Snow after you've all switched to daylight saving just isn't fair.

Thor - you have the right idea with snoozling your way through it all. Zebby checked out the sunshine this afternoon and can assure you that when it comes it will be nice and warm.

Booo. Sure hope that isn't what it looks like here on Sunday morning, but I've been saying all winter that we often get our deepest snows in March...

Hope you are feeling better! Hugs and kisses Thor!

Petunia loves the snow... the difference between a mastiff and a Saint! She ran to the small islands of snow to walk on them and plant a little reminder of her visit... gotta love dogs! She goes out the next day with no snow remaining and says...hey, where's my snow??

You look like you're doing some deep thinking, Thor, rather than sleeping! :-) Maybe pondering how to keep your paws warm next time you're out in the snow?
