Garden Tuesday: Green!

I can't say I've ever seen 2 feet of snow melt in 2 weeks and leave a green lawn; the normal color for this date is brown. But green's what we have!

That's not to say all of the snow is gone; it lingers in corners that don't get sun in very early spring or late fall. But our vernal equinox will occur this weekend, and hope for spring is eternal!

Green grass is so much better than brown grass. Yeah for spring!

Wow! I've never seen that either. Guess your lawn is as ready for Spring as you are. Happy Equinox. g

Hallelujah! It's good to see green. (Although I thought the wintery white stuff looked so pretty in your yard.) I'm looking forward to longer daylight hours and warmer breezes, too. :-)

I'm happy to report I'm minus the white stuff and bathing in green. No not money, green grass, and shadows of daffodils. Yipee!!!

Happy St. Patty's Day, Marjie. Thanks for sharing the green:)
