Christmas Planning, Briefly

Here's the menu for this week, some of which has passed, along with the food order, which will be delivered in the next 2 hours.

My grandmother's German glass icicles, which I wanted forever, and found forgotten in a drawer in my mother's trailer.  I'll be putting them on my tree later.

And our Christmas tree.

Back later with one more picture, I think!

Your tree is lovely, The icicles will add the finishing touch. I wish I had a couple of my Grandparents ornaments. My greedy cousins glommed them up along with everything else.

When I first saw those icicles Marjie, I thought they were earrings, lol...They are stunning!

I'm making a Standing Rib Roast for dinner too. We won't go into the "conversation" I had at the local butcher shop when mine arrived on Monday. Do over!!! Thankfully something much more acceptable arrived yesterday. Thank goodness because he isn't usually open on Mondays to begin with.

Your tree looks picture perfect. We won't discuss ours:)

Thank you so much for sharing, Marjie. That is some week's worth of food, again!!!
