A quick check indicated that Ryan had a 2 hour delay from school! Oh, be still, my heart!
That is what my yard looked like at 9AM. It's melting pretty quickly, since it's been 39 degrees today. But I needed the 2 hours sleep, really, I did, and I'm pretty sure I deserved it. I'll think of a reason why, other than "Because," if given enough time.

Our snow came and went pretty quickly too, but it also lasted long enough for me to extend my lounging time.

We're already having a summer preview. Yesterday it was around 70 and though it's cooler today, we don't need jackets when we go out to play.
Wow! That is a surprise. We had spring for a couple of hours today, but mostly it seems the March winds have come a little early.
Hey, you got our snow! It hasn't come down since the weekend, so ours is all melted. It's nice when it comes, is pretty for a while, then goes away before you can get tired of it.

Pretty - I don't think we got as much as was predicted but it was HEAVY wet snow ! We're also sure not in the above zero temps so I expect it'll be around for a bit.
Glad you got the couple extra hours of sleep.
It's pretty and hard to beat the bonus sleep time.
So, that's what snow looks like, lol...I'm sure you deserved it too.

You definitely deserved the extra sleep - you are the hardest working mom I know. I sure miss snow covered mornings, there's just nothing prettier.
