Garden Tuesday: Cloudy Dawn

There's not much color in the sky just after dawn on a cloudy day, even facing east.

But the hydrangeas are really pink now.
And the oaks have some fine color, even as smaller trees cling to their greenery.

Wow! What lovely color you get in your yard. I love the patio and the walls, and then all the color from the trees. Can we have a virtual tour sometime? g

Your oak tree looks fantastic, when I left our oak was still fairly green. They have had a cold snap though so I wonder what it looks like now. I miss the garden so much :-( Diane

The colours are stunning, and I've never seen such a tall hydrangea. Aren't they such a generous plant, giving great yet differing colours through Spring, Summer and Fall.

Not much color here, so thanks for sharing yours. We have yellow and more yellow and a bit of orange, and once in a while, there's a tiny bit of red...

We got high winds in the middle of the night, but the storm passed us before the really destructive stuff happened. Though it sounded like the roof was going to fly off, it stayed put and there was very little damage locally. Those to our north had it much worse. Our trees are starting to change, but they're not very exciting, just yellow and brown.
